This is a newer provider whose plans are in Germany and they use their own hardware. Their checkout seems to let you do English part of the way, but turns German only towards the end, so you may want to have Google translate ready :) . No coupon with this one but their cheapest price is €2.99($3.98)a month and it’s a Xen which I like, not to mention it’s unmetered bandwidth which is always nice. You can visit them Here.
